Reset (Day 2)



It's been 6 years since I started this blog to help me lose weight. Unfortunately I'm back to where I started. many things have happened why I'm back to this state. But there's no point in going back and blame myself for not losing all that weight.

A month ago I got my sickness back, I'm hyper acidic and was rushed to the hospital. There I found out that I'm also hypertensive that's why they gave me maintenance medicine. After that I went back to my old ways eating and and did not exercise. I felt sluggish, I don't want to wake up from bed. Insomnia.

I realize that this is not how it's going to end. I'm not giving up. I'm ashamed but I must face this. So 2 days ago I bought a reliable weighing scale. The BIG one so that I can get the accurate information.




I'm not shocked at all, True enough I was back on my old weight again. So I decided to restart this blog to keep me motivated and to share with people what I am doing so they could learn or even lose weight with me.

Yesterday, I had Chopseuy, No Rice and didn't drink Juice. I think instant juice is high in sugar so I decided to go on the Master Cleanse Diet. So what I'm doing now is a combination of Master Cleanse and South Beach. Today, I snacked on Tokwa't Baboy and tonight for dinner I'm preparing Sinigang.

I know I can conquer this sickness and also this weight problem. I've done it before, I can do it again. No Excuses.

Here is my Start Weight, I'll hit the scale after a week and see if there's a difference.
