10 Celeb Males Who Beefed Up!

It's really nice to see celebrity who changed for a role or for life. It's very inspiring and make you wanna be like them. Here are 10 celebrity that changed depending on their role or just changed for the Better.

Ryan Gosling

Ryan Gosling has always been one of the hottest men alive, but he downplayed his natural good looks in Lars and the Real Girl by gaining weight (and an unflattering beard.) Only a few short years later, he was in the best shape of his life in Crazy, Stupid, Love and became a hunk for the ages.

Hypertension: 6 Good Habits to Lower Your High Blood Pressure

I got 2 out of the 6. I don't use salt very much and don't drink sodas. I have to increase my exercise, lessen smoking until i quit, balance diet and less STRESS.

How bout you? How's your blood pressure?

Here are 6 good habits to cultivate:

#1. Reduce your sodium intake:

We have been taught for generations that a table is not properly set unless there is a cruet set. The mustard pot might be empty, but never the salt and pepper cellars! We need to unlearn the habit of adding salt to our food at the table. It is generally accepted that we get enough naturally occurring sodium in our diet without the use of salt. If more is needed it can be added at the cooking stage. Adding more salt at the table will cause our blood pressure to spike to alarming levels.

Accumulated adipose tissue is not the only difference between the two; the obese woman has an enlarged heart and her lungs are somewhat restricted.

Oh Raymond

I know this is old news but I admire how Raymond Gutierrez has lost all that weight. I told my friend about it and told me "Ikaw ba naman ang bayaran para magpapayat eh di ka ba naman liliit".

Paid or Not, Raymond still has the discipline to lose all that fat. I hope I'm next.

Note: You might be noticing me, saying "I hope" a lot. I don't want to make a bold statement and then fail again. I'll just do it one step at a time until I get my groove back.
